TanSmarter is currently provided free of charge. There are no subscriptions, premium tiers, or in-app purchase requirements to use the current feature set.
If TanSmarter introduces paid features in the future, we will provide clear notice in advance and update these terms accordingly.

This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
TanSmarter does not provide any warranty, guarantee, or other terms regarding the app's quality, suitability for any purpose, or functionality. TanSmarter is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from the app's use, including but not limited to sunburn, skin damage, or any health-related issues from sun exposure. Should TanSmarter be deemed liable for a breach of this Agreement, you agree that any liability will be limited to the amount actually paid by you for any paid features or services in the app, if any. You hereby release TanSmarter from any and all obligations, liabilities, and claims beyond this limitation.
8. Responsibilities
TanSmarter is not responsible for any actions taken by users based on UV data or tanning recommendations generated within the app. Users are solely responsible for their sun exposure decisions and should always exercise appropriate caution.
9. Future Pricing Changes
TanSmarter is currently free. If pricing is introduced in the future, users will be informed in advance and updated terms will be published before any charges apply.
10. General Terms and Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and TanSmarter as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to represent yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of TanSmarter and acknowledge that TanSmarter is not liable for any act or omission by you.
